Nadeem Riaz is a southern Californian native who has been working in the non-profit and for-profit industry focused on Muslims for the last 14 years. Committed to assisting organizations scale growth & create impact, Nadeem recently comes from his formal role as Global Director of Business Development at LaunchGood.

As someone who oversaw 20+ staff members with the global goal of bringing change and impact to beneficiaries in over 154 countries, his experience in fundraising strategy, development, storytelling, non-profit management consulting, communications and branding allowed for the platform to reach record heights in his 3-years in raising upwards of $250M through his partners/efforts.

Nadeem has led programs and development in organizations such as Islamic Relief USA and CAIR-LA, and formally consulted for various charities and companies across the U.S, UK and Middle-East. He served as an investment and financial analyst at Devon bank which provided Shariah-compliant loans and investment opportunities within the U.S.

As someone who has served as an advisor for various charities, he also serves as an instructor and speaker for Oaktree Institute which focuses on training up organizations on topics such as Fund Development, Management & Leadership Training, Volunteer Management & Culture, and Donor Stewardship.Nadeem also teaches as a Professor of Business and focuses on Business Ethics, Management, HR-Management, Personal Finance, Business Advertising, Business Marekting, Public Speaking and loves to spend time with his family.

Husband and father to two boys, Nadeem loves his coffee, beaches, & providing ease and fun when helping others amplify good through the power of service.
