Director of Operations
Br. Mustafa brings with him over 20 years of leadership and management experience directing organizational change, communication and program management, strategic partnership building, and employee engagement within government, nonprofit, and private sectors. His extensive expertise in performance audits and strategic planning has enabled him to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex challenges in various fast-paced, and matrix environments. On his off hours, he enjoys cooking, bushcrafting, and kayak fishing.
